Biography
The firm was founded by Ms. Tanvi Khanna, an accomplished legal advisor, and consultant who has worked as an in-house counsel with law firms and multinational companies. She is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and has had a highly distinguished career in the field of legal consultancy. A proficient practitioner of law with 8+ years of post-qualified experience, she has advised various clients on a broad range of practice areas such as general corporate, intellectual property laws, labor & employment laws as well as technology, media, and telecommunications accompanied by sector-specific expertise in industries which include information technology, manufacturing, Fintech, data analytics, construction and development, and private client practice

Pratyush Raj is an advocate and has recently joined TSM Legal as a Principal Associate. He has had extensive experience of over 7 years in the areas of Arbitration, Constitutional law cases, Writ petitions, environment laws, all types of civil cases, etc. after graduating from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He has valuable insight into the prospective litigation arising out of contractual matters from his experience in providing end-to-end advisory, drafting, and documentation in matters of Contractual and Civil litigation .With his qualifications and attention to detail, Pratyush is a great asset for our clients’ needs.

Biography
Manali Namjoshi is the newest member of TSM Legal. Manali completed her post-graduation in Law from Symbiosis Law School Pune with a specialization in Business and Corporate Law. Her role as an associate in our firm is established on the basis of various achievements she has secured throughout her graduation as well as various work experiences. Even though a recent graduate, she has relevant experience working with start-ups and legal advisory services in Pune. She has been actively involved in drafting various legal documents for Client companies, legal research, reviewing documents, due diligence, and implementing of proper legal procedures. She aspires to develop her practice in the fields of Corporate Governance and Technology law.
